In accordance with the provisions of art. 13 of the aforementioned European Regulation, we wish to inform you of the following:
Purpose of the treatment:
Your personal, sensitive, biometric and judicial data freely communicated and acquired by us according to your consent, will be treated in a lawful and correct manner for the purposes of the association and in particular for purposes related to trainings, organizations of conferences and networking between businesses and professionals.
Your data will also be processed for the purposes provided by the current legislation on anti-money laundering (Legislative Decree 231/2007 and subsequent amendments). The data processed (which may be of a common, identifying, sensitive, judicial, biometric nature) are updated, relevant, complete and not excessive with respect to the purposes listed above for which they are collected and subsequently processed.
In this regard, it is recalled that for sensitive data we mean: “any personal data suitable for revealing racial and ethnic origin, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties, trade unions, associations or organizations
of a religious, philosophical, political or trade union nature, as well as personal data capable of revealing the state of health and sexual life “.
By judicial data we mean: “personal data suitable for revealing measures pursuant to article 3 paragraph 1 letters from a) to o) and from r) to u), of Presidential Decree 313/2002, in the matter of criminal records, registry office administrative sanctions depending on the offense and related pending charges, or the status
of defendant or investigated under articles 60 and 61 of the criminal procedure code.
Other purposes are related to ordinary administrative and marketing activities.
The data will be processed, in compliance with the necessary security and confidentiality, through the following procedures: collection of data from the data subject, collected and recorded for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes and used in further processing operations in terms compatible with these purposes , processing carried out with the aid of electronic and automated tools (data collection by computer, directly at the person concerned or via e-mail or via the website www.labornetwork.it).
Legal basis of processing:
The legal basis of the processing of your personal data is based on the registration to the site in order to participate in the activities of the association.
Legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller:
The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in the processing of data is given by having to associate individuals, professionals, companies, promote networking and training and innovation. The lawfulness of the processing is based on the express consent expressed by the interested party via e-mail or website.
Mandatory or optional nature of the provision of data and consequences
of a refusal to respond:
The nature of the provision of data given by You is mandatory for the data controller to provide the requested services. In case of refusal it will therefore be impossible to complete the registration process and the System Owner will not be able to fulfill the associative obligations.
Communication of data to third parties:
Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, by the Data Processors appointed by him and by the strictly authorized processing officers. Your data may be communicated as a result of inspections or checks (if requested), to all the inspection bodies responsible for checks and checks concerning the regularity of the legal obligations.
Your data may also be disclosed to companies/professional firms that provide assistance, advice or collaboration to the data controller, in accounting, administrative, tax, legal, tax and financial matters, to public administrations for the performance
of institutional functions within the limits established by law or by regulations and to third-party service providers to whom the communication is necessary for the performance of the services covered by the contract.
Your data (profile picture, company logo, and discursive curriculum, professional services) will be published on the website www.labornetwork.it.
Your personal data will be kept for the entire registration period and renewed to the Labor network association, unless explicit request for cancellation.
Existence of an automated decision-making process:
There is no automated decision-making process.
Intention of the Data Controller of personal data processing:
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization without express consent.

The interested party may at any time exercise the rights reserved to him, sanctioned by art. 7 of which the full text is reported.
Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 –
Right of access to personal data and other rights – The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in the form intelligible.
The interested party has the right to obtain the indication: of the origin
of personal data; of the purposes and methods of processing; of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; of the identification details of the data controller, of the person in charge and of the designated representative pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 2; of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
The interested party has the right to obtain: the updating, rectification, or, when there is interest, the integration of data; the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention
is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; the attestation that the operations referred to in letter a. and b. they have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is found
to be impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
The interested party has the right to object in whole or in part: for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection; to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
In particular, the data subject may at any time request the Data Controller
to access personal data and to rectify or cancel them or limit their processing or to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability.
The data subject has the right to cancel the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation and has the right to make a complaint with a supervisory authority.
